How it works

    Type it

    “Yesterday: bench press 80x5, 3 sets, barbell row 70x8x3”. A list or plain text — either works.

    Check it

    A “Workouts logged” card appears in the chat — with dates, exercises and sets.

  3. 3

    Done

    The workouts go into your stats: 1RM, volume, records, muscle load, streak.

A week of training in one message — it logs several workouts, each on its day.

Matched to the library

Names are matched against the library, synonyms included. On the free plan, exercises outside the catalog aren't logged: custom exercises come with paid plans.

Stats as usual

A workout logged by message counts the same as one ticked on cards: records and progress aren't lost.

Questions

Can I dictate it?

The app has no voice messages. You can dictate the text with your phone's keyboard and send it.

Can I bring in my old workouts?

From Strong and Hevy — as a file: upload their CSV export in Profile → “Import & export”, check the summary and import without duplicates. From other apps — as text, several workouts at a time, with dates.

Is it free?

Logging by message goes through the assistant and uses your plan's assistant allowance: small on Free, bigger on paid plans. Ticking sets on cards has no limits.
