Terms of Use

By using LiftChat — the website, the web app, the Telegram bot and mini app, or the iPhone app — you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.

For the App Store app, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Where they differ for the iOS app, Apple's EULA prevails unless these terms give you more rights.

Apple Standard EULA

LiftChat is a workout tracker with a chat assistant: routines, workout logging, timers, stats. You must be 16 or older to use it. You are responsible for access to your sign-in method.

Assistant replies are generated by AI and may contain mistakes. They are not medical advice. Consult a doctor before starting a new routine and train within your limits; you are responsible for your technique and load.

• There is a free plan with limits; paid plans unlock more features and a bigger AI allowance. Prices are shown on the subscription screen.
• App Store: payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your Apple ID settings; refunds follow Apple's rules.
• AI allowance packs are one-time purchases; their validity is shown at purchase.

Your routines, workouts, and photos are yours. You allow us to store and process them to run the service. Public links to recaps and routines are visible to anyone with the link until you remove them.

Breaking the law; uploading other people's photos without consent or objectionable content; disrupting, overloading, or scraping the service; circumventing limits; reselling access.

The app, website, text, graphics, and logos belong to LiftChat. You may not copy or distribute them without prior written consent.

The service is provided "as is", without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Features may change; we'll give advance notice of changes to paid terms. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for injuries sustained while training.

You can delete your account at any time: Profile → Delete account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

We may update these terms. We'll announce material changes in the app; continuing to use the service means you accept the new version.
